Infrared Sauna

Infrared Sauna is a safe and gentle way to rid your body of toxins. Bring a book or your I-pod and relax for 30 mins. while the sauna does it's work.We provide lots of water and a mineral drink to help your body re-mineralize after the de-tox. We provide shower facilities for you if desire after your sauna. Please bring your own dry brush if desired.

The sauna will be warm but not extremely hot. It is a dry comfortable heat, that will allow you to breath without effort.

Ion Cleanse with Erin Daly

Yoga with Tannice Goddard

Tannice Goddard is a yoga instructor trained in the principles of Vanda Scaravelli through Esther Myers’ Yoga Studio in Toronto, where she has completed the two-year certified Teacher Training. She is also a member of Yoga Alliance, a North American association for Yoga teachers. For the past seventeen years she continues to advance her own study of yoga through regular classes at the studio and extended retreats and workshops. She has taught retreats at the Dharma Centre of Ontario, Rossland B.C. area, Bridgewater Retreat, Ontario and provides weekly classes at different locations in Northumberland County.

What is Yoga?
